FINAL REPORT DUE
The WCA Group Health Trust Resolution Recharge challenge will end on March 18. Congratulations to all that have participated! 

To finish the challenge strong be sure on March 18 you weigh yourself, record your weight and the number of pounds you lost. Report your final results by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, March 20. To complete the final report you will need the amount of weight you lost when you weighed yourself on March 4, 11 and 18. 

Additionally you will report your weight loss percentage. To do that you take the total pounds you lost during the six weeks and divide it by your starting weight. To report your final results please  click here. 

TIPS TO CUT CALORIES
As the challenge comes to a close we hope you will continue on your journey of being healthier and perhaps slimmer. Here are some tips to cut calories from your diet.

Drink fat-free milk instead of whole milk 
If you drink milk, r eplace your whole milk with a fat-free, and for every 16 ounces you trade, you will save over 130 calories.

Swap regular soda for seltzer water
One 20 ounce regular cola has 250 calories. Substitute just one regular soft drink a day with a seltzer or sparkling water, and you  will  save yourself 250 calories, you will also spare yourself a lot of added  sugar .

Sub fruit juices with real fruit
Many commercial fruit juices are packed with added sugars. Plus, they are typically higher in calories than their  raw fruit  counterparts. Swap your 12 ounce glass of regular apple juice for a medium  apple , and you will save yourself about 100 calories.

Have mustard, not mayo 
Top your sandwiches with two tablespoons of mustard instead of the same amount of mayonnaise and you will save over 175 calories. Save even more calories by skipping the cheese and adding extra vegetables.

FAQ's
Do I report my actual weight?  No. You only report how much you lost or gained. At the end of the challenge you will report your weight loss percentage. 

Will my submitted goal be shared: No. The goal is for your use only. Use it as incentive!

How often do I report my progress? You report at the halfway point and then again at the end. 

Please Remember: It is our goal that this challenge will provide those that want to lose weight some extra incentive. There is no way to monitor the accuracy and truthfulness of the results submitted. Please be honest to make this competition fun and fair for everyone participating. 

PRIZES
Report your progress: At the end of the challenge anyone that has reported all six weeks will be entered in a drawing. Participants can win more than once! Even if you didn't lose weight, be sure to report for prize eligibility.
 
Biggest loser: Those that report the largest weight loss percentage will receive prizes. In the case of a tie, the winner will be determined by a random drawing.
