You are needed to help these people live better lives, and your donation counts. Mission House is helping many people reach towards new and better lives. Since I was very young, I have had a passion for helping the homeless, as I feel it is a cause that more people need to be made aware of. When I was in 2nd grade, we learned about different social action issues. For a project, I wrote a speech and was videotaped saying how we can take initiative in helping the homeless by donating hats, coats, blankets, etc.

Yoga Shalom and Spirituality & Meditation meets every Wednesday. Using a DV

D with Cantor Lisa Levine and Carol K urgo f f, y ou will learn to relax your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit. We learn to use advanced, gentle chair modifications for each posture sequence. Immediately following Yoga Shalom is an hour of Jewish Meditation & Spirituality for you to study and grow spiritually within a Jewish framework.

Bring your mat and we will see you at the next session on December 13th at 10:30AM.
