December Warehouse Packing Day  


The Wisconsin W/NP warehouse is open the 3rd Thursday of each month to drop off and preparing donated items for shipment to Nicaragua.  The December packing day will be abbreviated to 10 am - 12 pm this month due to the chilly temps.  All are welcome, we'll have hot apple cider, soup & whatever else people bring to keep warm following the packing. 
Learning Center updates

Thank you to everyone who has donated supplies and resources throughout the year.   The updates and reports from the 67 Learning Centers help determine where and what supplies are needed most respectively.  We are grateful to the staff and many volunteers in Nicaragua who assist with the distribution process, seeing that items get where they are needed most.   Click here for pics of deliveries this week

Careli Tours Nicaragua has received well deserved recognition of their high quality services with the 'Central America Award to the Tourism Excellence Without Borders.'    W/NP is grateful for the always top notch, exceptional service provided by the Careli staff for our travel groups for the past 20 years.
2018 Bike/Hike in December 


Each year the W/NP Office in Managua organizes a special activity for the October Bike/Hike event.  Better late than never, this year on December 16th the library kids and volunteers hiked around the the famous look out in Catarina, the Zoo and a recreational center where they have big pools and could swim.   More pics here
