Earlier this month, HUD released Part 2 of its 2016 Annual Homeless Assessment Report (AHAR), which tells us critical information about the scale and characteristics of homelessness in our country.

New HHS Report Builds Framework for Identifying Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Human Services   
 
A new HHS report clarifies the definition of "disparities" in human services programming. It also develops a conceptual framework for identifying racial and ethnic differences throughout the service delivery system and for distinguishing between racial and ethnic differences and disparities.
