Executive Vice President/Senior Trust Officer
Barry began his career at The First in 1982 as a part-time teller. After a short leave, he rejoined The First in 1987 as the Assistant Auditor/Assistant Controller. He joined the Trust Department as an Administrator in 1989, and quickly was promoted to Assistant Trust Officer (1990) and Trust Officer (1991). In June of 1993, Barry was promoted to Vice President and in April 1996, Senior Trust Officer. He become Senior Vice President in July 1998. In September 2006, Barry was promoted to Executive Vice President/Senior Trust Officer, a position he maintains at The First today.

Constance Furman, 30 Years
Executive Vice President/Senior Lending Officer
Connie joined The First as a part-time Teller at our Wrightstown Branch in November 1987. She moved to the Electronic Funds Transfer role in 1989, and part-time Credit Analyst role in December 1993. In May of 1994, Connie was promoted to Commercial Credit Analyst, and to Assistant Cashier/Credit Analyst in December 1996. Connie was promoted to Corporate Officer in September 1997, to Assistant Vice President in December 2000, and to Vice President in June 2005. In July 2010, Connie began doing Loan Review. In April 2011, she was promoted to Senior Vice President/Loan Review followed shortly by Senior Vice President/Chief Credit Officer later that year. She was promoted to Senior Vice President/Senior Lending Officer in September 2012 and then Executive Vice President/Senior Lending Officer in November 2016, a role she maintains at The First today.

Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager Langhorne
Dave was hired as a Teller at our Richboro Branch in December 1992. He moved to our Fairless Hills Branch in June 1993, and then went back to Richboro as a Vault Teller/Customer Service Rep in January 1994. He participated in our Management Trainee Program in 1995 and became the Assistant Branch Manager at our Levittown Branch in October 1996. Dave was then promoted to Banking Officer in December of that year. In January 1997, he became the Assistant Branch Manager of the Platform, and then moved to the Langhorne Branch in August 1999. He was promoted to Corporate Officer in December 2000, to Branch Manager in June 2002 and to Assistant Vice President in March 2003. Dave maintains his role of Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager at our Langhorne Branch today.

Adalinea Gianinni, 20 Years
Trust Clerk
Adalinea began her career at The First in October 1997 when she was hired as a Teller at our Main Office (Newtown). She was promoted to Trust Clerk in January 2001, a role she maintains with The First today.

Corporate Officer/Branch Manager, Doylestown
Brad began his career at The First as a Management Trainee in October 2002. After completing the program, he became the Assistant Manager of the Platform in May 2004. Brad was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and moved to our Warminster Branch in January 2005, and to our Doylestown Branch in April 2007. He was then promoted to Corporate Officer/Branch Manager of our Washington Crossing Branch in February 2010. Brad became a Floating Banking Officer in February 2013, Assistant Manager at our Jamison Branch in January 2014, and at our Solebury Branch in July 2015. Brad was then promoted to Branch Manager at our Doylestown Branch in July 2017, where he remains today.
