The ideal candidate is an expert in Cash Flow and Accounting, and has experience supporting an e-commerce business. Licensing and reporting on business/apparel is a plus, but not required. We expect the salary to be BOE.

ADMINISTRATIVE

Our client, a NYC economic research company, is seeking a Temp to Perm Executive Administrator with 5-7 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable multi-tasker who is always up for a challenge. Responsibilities include managing schedules and setting up meetings, arranging travel, and preparing documents and materials. The hours are 7am-5pm, but can be flexible for an 8am start if necessary. There will be some nights where addition hours are required. We expect the hourly rate to be about $25-28/hr and the perm salary to be around $65K.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our client, a LONG ISLAND e-commerce footwear company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team and handle individual customer inquiries. Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to emails, tracking and ensuring order shipments, and more! The ideal candidate will be local to Long Island, willing to answer customer inquiries on weekends if necessary, and comfortable working with a range of customers. Patience, diligence, and excellent customer service skills are necessary to succeed in this role! We expect the salary to be $50-60K.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION

Our LONG ISLAND client (offices based in Farmingdale) is seeking a Freelance Textile CAD Artist to join their team. This position has the potential to turn perm! This is a great opportunity for a creative and well-developed Textile Artist who has the ability to work from concept to production-ready artwork. The ideal candidate will have experience in pattern repeats and colorways and be proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator. A degree in textiles is a MUST HAVE! We expect the hourly rate to be $20-21/hr.

Our client, a NYC fashion company, is seeking a Freelance CAD Designer with 3+ years of experience to join their team and support one of their Design Directors. The CAD Designer will work on the Spring 2019 design and fabric worksheets as well as elevate garment trims and details for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of women fabrics, proficiency in Kaledo, the ability to create patterns and repeats, and be proficient with Adobe (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop). We expect the hourly rate to be $25/hr.

The Art Director will be responsible for helping review the new season's products and create a creative concept that will be executed in print, direct mail, website homepages, and email campaigns. We expect the hourly rate to be $25-31/hr.

Our client, a NYC fashion company, is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer with corporate branding experience with a mix of print and digital design background to join their Internal Communications team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design and management of all internal company creative needs. The work will involve corporate branding - management decks, logo creations, support for platform launches (promo campaigns), content packaging, emails, as well as any other corporate communication work that needs to be done. This position will report directly to the Creative Director, and will work closely with the entire team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate an ability to hold their own in a high-paced, hands-on business environment. They must be proactive in managing their own assigned tasks and responsibilities while also actively communicating and collaborating with the team. We expect this assignment to last 8 weeks and the hourly rate to be $31-37/hr.

The Associate Designer is responsible for managing projects independently as well as collaboratively with the Design Director, Merchandiser, and the Company Principal. The Associate Designer is involved in the entire product design process to include market research, inspiration board development, and presentation, design, flat sketching, creating mock ups, specing, sourcing, and fitting. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the swim and active markets, along with knowledge of functional construction and technologies. The ideal candidate will be skilled in hand sketching as well as Photoshop, Illustrator, and additional Adobe programs. Excellent CAD skills, a bachelor's degree in fashion design, and swim/active wear design experience are MUST HAVES! We expect the salary to be $50-60K.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience, preferably in footwear, as well as excellent Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD skills. We expect the salary to be around $80K+.

HR & RECRUITING

Our client, a NYC luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Director of HR to join their team. The Director of HR will be responsible for managing, developing, implementing, and coordinating all HR initiatives, projects, and programs. This includes employee relations, compensation, recruitment, performance management, talent management, and training & development for all retail functions in the US & Canada. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to coach and lead senior managers. Experience supporting retail in the US & Canada is a MUST! Union experience is a PLUS! We expect the salary to be up to $150K plus bonus and clothing allowance.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital and social marketing campaigns in order to drive sales. This role will also include working with outside agencies and developing creative in Photoshop/Illustrator to support these programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing digital programs, be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, and be knowledgeable of industry trends to help the company remain a leader. We expect the salary to be around $50K+ BOE.

Our client, a NYC beauty brand, is seeking an Marketing Manager! The Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping take their brand to the next level by leading marketing efforts as it relates to the development & introduction of new product launches, creation of go-to-market strategy and detailed marketing plans and support materials.The manager will collaborate with retail partners and cross-functional teams including Operations, Digital Marketing, and Social Media to align and execute on marketing plans. The marketing manager is a full time position located in the New York Headquarters and reports to the VP of Marketing. We expect the salary to be BOE.

**EXTRA HOLIDAY MONEY OPPORTUNITY**

Our client, a NYC luxury retail client, is seeking a Sales Associates to work in their flagship store through the holiday season. Our client needs candidates who can assist with customer service, the merchandise, and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidates will have great customer service skills, will be comfortable jumping right in with new tasks, and will preferably have retail experience (even better if luxury experience). Our client needs 1-3 Sales Associates a day Monday-Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Candidates can work as many or little days a week as they prefer! The dress is all black professional and the pay rate is $12.50/hr.
