Changan Ford wins the WIAL Best Application Award
Growing an organization is exciting but always brings challenges. What about growing from 5,000 to 20,000 employees in five years. Sounds like a bit of a challenge ? Changan Ford used Action Learning as the core ingredient of their talent identification and leadership development program to develop the leaders and teams to support this phenomenal growth. The massive effort brought them the WIAL Best Application Award handed over at the WIAL Global Conference in Shanghai.

Peter Cauwelier, MALC, shares his experience with measuring team psychological safety and using Action Learning to strengthen a team's bonds.
