Grandmother gets financial relief
A grandmother of three whose only source of income was social
security came to the Civil Help Desk because she was being sued
for a credit card debt that she did not believed she owed.
Attorney
Glenn Mazer
(pictured) reached out to the opposing attorney and explained that it would cost more to pursue the debt then to drop the case. The opposing attorney agreed. "I was happy to help alleviate this grandmother's stress," Glenn said.
