ETIHAD ESCO
CEBC Member Etihad ESCO has a number of exciting projects underway. This week provides the final of three updates on their  Dubai International Airport Retrofit Project , Dubai Golf Retrofit Project and  Wasl Properties Retrofit Project.

Wasl Properties Retrofit Project
Etihad ESCO, a company owned by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has started a project to retrofit 243 buildings for Wasl Properties in different parts of Dubai. The project is expected to help Al Wasl to save 33.3 GWh of electricity annually that which will help to slash its annual energy bill by AED 15 Million and reduce carbon emission by 3,700 tonnes.  The project includes installing photovoltaic solar systems on the roofs of buildings with a capacity of 4.8 megawatts, as well as retrofitting the existing systems in the buildings.
