Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church
Worship Focus for November 18
Rev. Hardy H. Kim, preaching
Greetings!

This upcoming Sunday is a very big day. We will be dedicating the new Glory to God hymnals that so many of you have generously dedicated to be used in worship. In these new hymnals you have also shared the names of beloved friends and family members you want to honor.

So, these hymnals do not only contain important songs, new and old, that we will use to praise God. They also carry the memory of so many faithful Christians – with us, or gone before us into God’s care - who first taught us to sing of God’s love.

I hope you’ll come to join in a wonderful musical celebration with us on Sunday. Help us mark another important step in SVPC’s unfolding story of glorifying God through our gifts of words and music.

Gratefully,
Hardy
Theme for Sunday

God pours the Holy Spirit
On all who would believe,
On women, men, and children
Who would God’s grace receive.
That Spirit knows no limit,
Bestowing life and power.
The church, formed and reforming,
Responds in every hour.
