October 2018 Applied Structural Drying (ASD) 

Franchise owners and staff can attend class at no additional cost within the first year of opening franchised business. Also, there will be no charge for Top Gun franchisees & their associates attending classes taught by Rainbow Instructors. If you do not fall within on of these categories then the cost of the ASD class is $450.00

THERE IS A PREREQUISITE TO HAVE WRT BEFORE YOU CAN ATTEND THE ASD CLASS.

THERE IS A PREREQUISITE TO COMPLETE THE NEXTGEAR UNIVERSITY TRAINING PRIOR TO ATTENDING CLASS. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A LINK TO THE PREREQUISITE WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR ASD CLASS.

Everyone that attends any Rainbow International training, unless you are an Owner or the spouse of an Owner, will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Owners and spouses are exempt because this was already disclosed/signed in the FDD and your agreement you signed when you first purchased your franchise.  The NDA is to help protect your franchise and the brand.  This document is from The Dwyer Group legal team and pertains to all concepts.  Once your employee(s) sign the document, we keep it on file and they will not be asked to sign it again as it applies for the life of their employment with you.  Your employee(s) must sign in order to attend any Rainbow International training. There is a prerequisite to have WRT before you can attend the ASD course.

IN ORDER TO BE PREPARED FOR TRAINING, YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE FUSION TRAINING SESSIONS ENTITLED “MOBILE TRAINING” AND “EQUIPMENT/DRYTRACK” FROM NEXTGEAR UNIVERSITY.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BRING ALONG A SMART DEVICE (PHONE OR TABLET) WITH THE FUSION APP INSTALLED.  Please contact the Tech. There will be a $65.00 Fee for all IICRC Tests

Dress Standards: Required: Rainbow International Uniform

All buildings: Tobacco Free (smoking & smokeless)

Electronic Devices: During class instruction - must be turned off or silenced

Do not leave classroom during class time: Phone calls and meetings - Plan around class schedule - It's important not to miss any portion of the training classes.

You will be given a manual, calculator and highlighter on the first day.  Please bring them to class each day.
