You are invited to join us this Thursday evening, December 21st, for our annual Homeless Memorial Service. Every year, we gather on this night, the first day of winter and the longest night of the year, to honor and remember our neighbors in the unhoused community who have passed away, and to renew our commitment to fighting homelessness and economic injustice across southeastern Connecticut.

This year's service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church, located at 76 Federal St. in downtown New London.  The formal service will begin at 6:30pm in the fellowship hall, however all are invited to gather outside in the courtyard at 6pm for a reading of the names of those who have passed away this year.

Coffee and light refreshments will be served following the service.  For more information visit our event page on Facebook.

On the longest night of the year, let us strengthen our resolve
to work for a world where no life is lived or lost in homelessness.
