The City of Plano encourages you to c
ure cabin fever with a little impromptu fun at your local library or park. Plano has
five great libraries
and
85 parks
to explore. They have planned a great selection of activities to suit everyone in your family.
Elementary aged children can enjoy Artful Explorations Holiday Art Camp at Tom Muehlenbeck Recreation Center, while tweens can participate in Painting with Light at Schimelpfenig Library. Teens can learn about metalsmithing at Harrington Library or stop-motion animation at Davis Library. Visit the Plano Public Library System's event calendar to learn more.
