1."Honoring Dreams as Sacred Gifts from God"

April 18, 2015,  Saturday
Dr eam  Workshop , 9 am-3 pm

During this time of ecologic crisis God calls us to wake up to our relationship and responsibility to the earth and to our divine interconnectedness with all of creation. We have done her and ourselves great harm and s/he, we are suffering. What we do to the earth we have done to our own body, for we are ONE.  Our survival as a human species as well as plant and animal life on earth is in danger. What is God and the Earth saying and how is s/he addressing us? We are experiencing drought, melting ice caps, and climate change. God and the Earth also addresses us in dreams, art work, intuitions, prayers, meditative times in nature and in all  our interactions with animals and planets. God calls us to heal ourselves and the earth. This interactive dream workshop includes, story telling, a power point of art work made from dreams, dream group sharing, painting, singing, music and ritual. We will create dream incubations to use for four nights as we prepare for Earth Day  April 22nd as well as the "Seizing an Alternative Toward an Ecological Civilization" conference  next June, where Rev. Bonnie will present on honoring dreams as eco-feminist  activism  with other eco-dream activists like Dr. Stephen Aizenstat. Includes a vegetarian salad bar lunch. All are welcome.Workshop will be held in the Rancho Penasquitos area, 13014 Calle De Las Rosas, San Diego, CA 92129. RSVP (858) 248-5123 and call for directions. Free event and donations appreciated.
