Meet Alumni Grandparents and Jewish Community Leaders, Sharon and Bill Hope

Sharon and her granddaughters, Ruth'13 and Miriam'16, both Heilicher graduates.
Sharon and Bill Hope are remarkable, longtime Jewish community members in both Minneapolis and Boynton Beach, Florida. They are Minnesota natives who raised their three children in Minnetonka and are proud grandparents of three Heilicher alumni.

Their son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Anne Hope, watched their children, David, Ruth, and Miriam, thrive as Heilicher students and now as alumni.

Make Your Gift to the 2018 Annual Fund

Thank you to our 282 generous donors who have supported the Annual Fund so far this year. To-date, we have raised ove r $331,400 in  unrestricted gifts which support  financial  access to Heilicher and help cover the gap between gross tuition (approximately 70% of the budget) and what it takes to operate the school. Our community is remarkably dedicated and generous.

Thank you!

Grandparent and alumni grandparent giving accounts for over 40% of Annual Fund gifts at Heilicher. Let's make it even better and work together toward 100% Grandparent participation in the 2018 Annual Fund.  There are only 115 days until the end of the Annual Fund Campaign. Give today .

Alumna Profile:  Josie Berman, Heilicher ('12): Maccabiah Athlete

As a young person swimming with the Rays Swim Team at the Sabes Jewish Community Center, Josie Berman never imagined having the opportunity to represent her country in an international athletic competition.

This past summer, however, Josie had the opportunity to do just that, competing as a member of the USA Water Polo Team at the 2017 Maccabiah Games in Israel (often referred to as the "Jewish Olympics").

Dor L'Dor Circle

The Dor l'Dor Circle recognizes all grandparents & alumni grandparents who have made a financial donation to support Heilicher. Annual Fund contributions, Annual Benefit donations, directed gifts, and tribute gifts all help to ensure that Heilicher can continue academic excellence and Jewish learning.

We are proud of the robust philanthropic support from our grandparent body. The following Dor L'Dor Circle list includes 153 grandparents or alumni grandparents who have given to Heilicher since January 2017.    View the Dor L'Dor Circle list here.
