All businesses need to have a good cash flow if they are to thrive. Lack of liquid money can create poor credit, slow bill payment, and limit growth and profits. This month's Business Education Session focuses on how to identify areas of your business that are holding hidden cash and how to create and implement strategies that will improve your cash position. Attendees will leave with an actionable list of ways to improve profits and cash flow specific to their operation.
About the Instructor:
David Lewis joined the SBDC in 1990 as a rural economic development consultant and is currently the area director of the Brunswick office. He has previous experience in the restaurant and commercial fishing industries. Mr. Lewis’s primary area of interest lies in developing specialized management audits and other innovative methods of assisting business clients.
