We are thrilled to welcome Mohammad Nazek, MD to the University of Louisville Pathology & Laboratory Medicine family! Dr. Nazek hails from Cincinnati, Ohio where he practiced at The Christ Hospital for over 19 years. He also served as Vice Chairman and Director of Anatomic Pathology at the University of Cincinnati Hospital for four years. Furthermore, Dr. Nazek held AP Directorship at VA Medical Center (Ohio), St. Luke Hospital East and West (Kentucky) and practiced at Deaconess Hospital (Ohio). He has been teaching medical students and residents since 1986 and holds numerous abstracts and publications under his name. Dr. Nazek possesses a wealth of information and experience that will serve the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine well as he assumes the position of Director of Anatomic Pathology and Vice Chair of Operations & Outreach.
