When we allow our minds to run a muck, it is like letting the wild horses out. They don't know where to go or what to do, they just want to run and react to everything.
Without self-control we feel scattered and unsure.

Hold the reins and be in control of your reactions and worry. If you are frustrated in trying to find out why or reason out situations, be in control of your obsessing.
Sometimes we need to hit the needle on the record because it just keeps playing the same part of the song over and over again!

So, turn it around. "Turn the beat around! Turn it upside down!"
