Commitment.

Last week we were faced with heart breaking realities.

New perceptions from listening to your heart.

What heart centered truths are coming out? They can be painful, but truthful.

We may need to stop focusing on what others' aren't giving us and start focusing on what our hearts want to create for ourselves. What new life do you want to create, through doing what you love?

This month we are getting down and dirty with what we need to get over, and what needs to be done.

Commitment to another? Committing to your goals?

Committing to yourself?

There have also been a lot of health related issues! Purging old habits and beliefs. Through the mind, body, spirit connection, our physical bodies express what our emotional body is feeling. It is to help us realize what a deeper truth is, so we can acknowledge it and heal.

Louise Hay's book, "You can heal your life" has a wonderful guide in the back on what issues we are facing and how our bodies are telling us!

Some loved ones may be going though some very powerful health concerns. Please take a moment and send them some of your mental and spiritual healing intention. A little bit of thought can go a long way!

Saint Padre Pio Day Sunday Sept. 23 10:00 AM

I am gathering a group to visit the Padre Pio shrine in Bechtelsville on the 23rd. It is the 50th anniversary of his death and his Saint Day.

Please RSVP if you would like to attend with me.

We will meet at the front parking lot at the Pio Shrine on 111 Barto Road in Barto PA 10:00 AM by the statue of Pio. Circle of prayer and go through the history of Pio, in the museum. Rosary and prayer service at 12:00 noon in the church. Bring a bagged lunch and we will eat together, after the service. We will then walk through the store and candle lighting in the outside pavilion. You can stay together with the group or go off on your own.

There is also a Ferrari car show going on that day.
