At Loomis Chaffee, we offer our students a four-year college counseling curriculum. The aim of this curriculum is to equip students with the knowledge, self-awareness, and decision-making skills to make appropriate, informed choices about their educational futures. Because of these programs, the transformational education that Loomis provides, the talent of our student body, and our individualized attention, Loomis students thrive in the college selection process and beyond. Learn more about College Guidance at Loomis on our website. In addition, I invite you to view the video below. It was filmed at a recent College Night at Loomis.

Admission Tip: Completing Your Application
The LC Admission team has started reading application files. As a reminder, you can check on the status of your application on the LC Admission Portal. (We send you a link to the portal once we process your application.) On the portal you will find an application checklist. As our office receives required materials, such as letters of recommendation, you will see updates reflected on your portal page. Due to the high volume of applications and supporting documents we receive at this time of year, it may take one to two weeks for us to update your checklist from the time you sent us the material. Thank you for your patience.
