art0Repeal of the ACA's Individual Mandate...But Wait

The Senate passed its tax bill, which included a repeal of the ACA's individual mandate. Individuals would no longer be required to pay an annual tax penalty equal to 2.5 percent of their household income or $695, whichever is greater. The measure still has to be reconciled with an earlier House-passed version before being sent to President Trump.
