Dear STM Families,
We have extended our
Advent Giving Tree donation drive until tomorrow, Wednesday December 13th. All students who have brought in donations or will bring in donations tomorrow will be allowed to wear a
Christmas themed shirt with their uniform bottoms on Monday December 18th. We will have our Christmas Pep Rally that day as well. Please bring in some much needed items for our brothers and sisters in Christ at the Star of Hope Mission.
Don't miss out on our
Family Bingo Night this Friday, December 15th. Doors will open at 5:30 for hot dogs with games starting at 6:30. RSVP by 3:00pm on Thursday using the
attached form and students will receive an extra 5 Steps for Students Raffle Tickets.
Please note for those families that will be applying for financial assistance for the 2018-2019 school year, the attached
form has important information regarding the steps to apply and deadline dates. These dates must be followed in order to be considered for aid.
In preparation for the Christmas break, all club meetings and tutoring will be cancelled next week, December 18th - 20th. We will dismiss for the Christmas Holiday on Wednesday, December 20th at 11:00am. Please be prompt in picking up you child as there will be no adult supervision after 11:00am.

Steps for Students is 5K run/walk and is a
fundraising event
for our school. Participating schools keep 100% of the funds they raise. We have many fun activities planned from now until race day on
Saturday, February 17, 2018
. Please
register and join us for this fun, community event.

Our wonderful faculty leaders are working hard to offer a variety of ways to support this fundraiser, in addition to joining us on race day! On display in the school foyer are items that will be included in the Steps for Students raffle. In addition to buying raffle tickets, students can earn raffle tickets by participating in the fun activities planned.
