ROMA Implementer Interest Form
We are currently working to determine how many people are interested in completing the process to become a ROMA Implementer. As you know we had a cohort complete the ROMA Implementer Process in 2016 and we have heard there are now additional agency representatives interested in completing the certification process.

The process to become a ROMA Implementer (NCRI) involves demonstration of understanding of the basic concepts related to Results Oriented Management and Accountability, demonstration of your experience in using ROMA in your job duties, and acceptance of your role in the national network to promote the use of the full ROMA Cycle in your agency. There are four phases to the training and certification process: taking an E-Course, attending a one day Introduction to ROMA Training, preparation of a portfolio to demonstrate your understanding of the concepts and your use of the practices, and a final exam.
The Application Fee for the 2018 Training and Certification Process is $775.00.

If you are interested in joining the next cohort of Implementers we are asking that you fill out this short interest form by February 23rdhttps://www.surveymonkey.com/r/37RTG22

Please forward this to any interested agency representatives.

NASCSP Data Taskforce
Crosswalk for HeadStart and Weatherization
The CSBG DATA Task Force is convened by the National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP) to assist the Office of Community Services (OCS) and NASCSP in understanding and addressing the CSBG Network's data needs and the use of data for analysis and continual improvement of results.

The taskforce has created a LIHEAP/WIOA/WAP/HS Crosswalk   This is a technical assistance tool for the CSBG network to use when considering where or how to report indicators, services, or strategies for these four specific federal programs in the new CSBG Annual Report. It is understood that not all agencies have the same data collection and reporting capabilities and that there is discretion in selecting indicators to report for the CSBG network. As such, this crosswalk is a suggestion of where to report these programs. It is also understood that not only these programs can be reported in any of the listed indicators and that other programs may use the same indicators.
