In an effort to align more with other certifications you submit to us, New Hampshire Housing is now requiring the annual Insurance Certification to be submitted by February 1st each year.    We believe this process overall will be less burdensome and easier for all of you.
 
We realize most of you would have already submitted one with the MOR conducted in 2017 but the February submission will be for 2018.  Please submit the attached certification (both pages) to assetmanagement@nhhfa.org  by February 1, 2018.  We also have this form on our website at this URL http://www.nhhfa.org/assets/pdf/InsuranceRequirement.pdf .
