Director's Corner:

Dear  Parents,

I hope you all had a blessed Thanksgiving holiday and were able to spend some time with family and friends. This is such a joyous time of year but it is also the busiest. Its easy to get caught up in all the materialistic things that come with the season and forget the true meaning of Christmas. We all love  the holidays and the children are looking forward to our visit from Santa, Christmas crafts and goodies, and fun holiday parties but we are also excited to celebrate the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ. We have our two annual Christmas ministries going on, our gift collection for needy students at Mueller elementary and our donation drive for the local pet shelters. Without your help neither of these would be possible and we are very grateful for any and all support. Pretty soon we are going to be closing out the year and although we cannot stop time from passing and the little ones from growing up we must remember to stop and enjoy the present day and all that our Lord has given us. Because it goes by fast and in the blink of an eye
One again I want to say how thankful I am to have your child/ren with us. Seeing their smiles everyday is the greatest gift we could ever ask for and you all are forever in our hearts.

Blessings,

Jill Hammond, CDC Director

Jungle Jammers and Veteran's Day:

Ms. Jolie and Mrs. Stephanie's VPK Jungle Jammers wrote thank you letters for Veterans Day. The letters were sent to Okinawa, Japan where Mrs. Stephanie's son Stephen is stationed.

If you would like to participate in our angel tree, there are still ornaments available on our tree in the lobby. All presents must be returned unwrapped by December 15th. We are also collecting donations of wrapping paper, gift bags and bows.
Thank you in advance for all of your help.
