Join us to learn how to make tonics for "spring cleaning" for your body. Traditionally, at the first hint of green, many folks ate bitters to sweep out the body’s winter cobwebs after a sedentary season of eating rich food. In this class, we'll learn to use medicinal herbs for tonics that provide vitality and nourish the body as we move to embrace spring.
