One of the things we learned from our  Nonprofit Survey last fall was that many people don't know all the resources the Center for Nonprofit Excellence has to offer. Beyond workshops , CNE offers grants to strengthen your nonprofit , informal consulting and referrals to local consultants , and lots of online resources . We encourage you to go to our website and take a look!

LEAD 2016
Nonprofit staff bring creative ideas and solutions to our work whether or not we have formal positions of power or authority. We see possibilities for change and may not be sure how to maximize our influence and move our ideas forward successfully.

Rebecca Perry of Rebecca Perry Leadership facilitates this dynamic and interactive workshop. It will provide models that can help you navigate roadblocks, work more effectively in cross level teams, and help address a feeling of being stuck at work.
  • Learn tangible models to identify your own influence and power on an intrapersonal level
  • Learn to identify the different roles for change in a team or organizational structure
Co-presented by the Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNE) and Alumni of LEAD Institute
