Spots are filling up for this half-day retreat designed for local nonprofit executives seeking personal and professional renewal. Participants will develop connections with fellow executives and step away from the office in a restorative setting.
- Gain new perspectives and tools to address burnout, transitions and stress.
- Experience tools such as executive coaching, mindfulness, mutual support, and somatic approaches. Identify how you might begin applying them for renewal.
