Dear STM Families,
We hope everyone had a fun time celebrating Catholic Schools Week. Thank you to all who participated in the events planned for the week. Like always we were overwhelmed by the generosity of our STM families. Thank you for all the canned goods donated to the STM Church Food Pantry. Deacon Johnson received the donation from some of our school children and pointed out that at very moment, there were families in line awaiting the much needed donations to the Food Pantry. This was truly an opportunity to see good works in action.

Our STM Students continue to shine! Congratulations to our students who placed in the Archdiocesan Middle School Science Fair, the St. Pius X Academic Rally as well as the HLSR Art Competition. We will acknowledge these accomplishments after our all school Mass on this Friday. Please join us!
Next week we will celebrate Mardi Gras on Tuesday, February 13th. Wednesday, February 14th, is Ash Wednesday. We will have an all school Mass. This is also Valentines Day. Students may bring a non-food valentine treat/card for their classmates. Remember that students must bring a treat/card for everyone in their homeroom.
Uniform update: My team and I have met with many uniform suppliers over the past months. We are happy to announce that we have decided to proceed with Mills Uniform Co. as our new supplier. Although we will offer new items and colors to our uniform, our uniform plaid will remain the same. We will share specifics of our new pieces and timing of when our logo'd items will be available as soon as possible. We are excited about the changes that are coming and know our students will look very sharp!
Due this week...Reminder as we approach the application deadline date of February 9th, those families that will be applying for financial assistance for the 2018-2019 school year, please see the attached
form for important information regarding the steps to apply and deadline dates. These dates
must be followed in order to be considered for aid.
