Herald in the holidays with friends and members. Please bring a favorite dish, casserole, salad or dessert. Help us share in the joy of the holiday season by bringing a canned food item to be donated to a local community organization.

Fit Start      
Ensure success by signing up for your FREE Fit Start appointment at the Welcome Desk. A Wellness Coach will meet one-on-one with you and give you a personal action plan for success.  In an hour, you will gain the tools and resources to help you feel confident and excited about working out.

Y After School
Over 400 youth across the Roanoke Valley have education, enrichment and play after the school day because of our Y After School program.  The YMCA Express at Gainsboro is the administrative office that oversees the 10 sites in Roanoke City and 3 in Botetourt County.
