New interior renderings released for Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute
The University of South Florida and HOK, the design firm for the USF in Water Street Tampa building, recently released a series of renderings of several innovative educational and research spaces, including:
  • a state-of-the-art experiential learning lab for students to apply book knowledge through simulators and imaging exercises
  • a flexible, 400-seat auditorium
  • the Florida Blue Health Knowledge Exchange, an advanced medical library
  • labs for NIH-funded heart research teams
  • collegia suites to serve as a home-away-from-home for medical students
  • seminar rooms, a 100-seat cafe and more
