Ilene  Fogelman was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer (MBC) at age 49, and she didn't know where to turn. “Sharsheret gave me the greatest support services with the one-on-one calls I have had. My counselor and I have laughed hysterically, and she has handed me a virtual tissue many times."

Despite the poor prognosis of MBC, survival rates for women whose cancers are metastatic from the initial diagnosis has been increasing, especially among young women. Read more about a recent study and Ilene's story in the Jewish Telegraphic Agency's article .
