At its meeting on November 9, 2017, the State Board of Education acted to do the following:
  1. Adopt the 10 instructional materials programs recommended by the Instructional Quality Commission (IQC).
  2. Direct CDE staff, in conjunction with members of the IQC and/or Content Review Experts (CREs), as needed, to evaluate whether publishers have made the IQC recommended edits and corrections, social content citations and publisher errata specified in the Instructional Quality Commission’s Advisory Report to the adopted instructional materials.
