| Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. recently announced the completed acquisition of the former General Motors Automobile Assembly Plant. Boxwood Industrial Park, LLC, an affiliate company of Harvey, Hanna & Associates, Inc. has acquired the 142-acre site, which includes more than 3 million square feet of former manufacturing space. | CURB APPEAL WORK IN PROGRESS |
| Our field team has been hard at work since the day we took control of the property. These improvements have made an immediate impact on the overall curb appeal. We extend our thanks to several neighbors for the acknowledgments related to these improvements! |
Recent activity includes:
- Parking lot weeds and debris removed
- New security fence installed
- Front office building weeds, shrubs and overgrown vegetation all removed

| The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) has scheduled a public informational meeting for Thursday, December 7, beginning at 6:00 PM at the Five Points Fire Hall Company located at 209 S. Maryland Avenue in Wilmington. The meeting is being conducted to provide information to the public regarding proposed development plans for the Former GM Wilmington Assembly Plant Site.
