Hi Company Families! 

As our sessions with Don Mirault get closer, attendance at rehearsals becomes vital in order for us to really take full advantage of and improve from this opportunity! 

The rehearsals on Sunday, November 26th and December 10th will be BIG practice days as we prepare for the weekend of December 15-17 with Don! It is VERY IMPORTANT for all dancers to attend these rehearsals if at all possible.

Please fill out the form below ASAP to let me know if you will or will not be at the rehearsals on those dates. We need to hear back from ALL dancers!


As I mentioned in the email on Monday,  if you know you are going to be absent for any Sunday rehearsal , please let me know/ remind me the week leading up to that rehearsal (not weeks before) by noon on Tuesday so I can plan the schedule accordingly! 

Here are a few quick notes but BE SURE TO READ THE BLOCKS BELOW to stay up-to-date on all of our Company Information!  (The schedule of dates is also below!)
  • Company Jackets! See all of the information below! You can stop by the front desk to try on jackets to find your perfect size! Orders & payment are due by noon on Friday, November 10th! 
  • Pizza Orders Must be picked up today, Wednesday, November 8th from 5:30-7:30pm!
  • NEW! Dipstick Fundraiser! Going on now! See details below! 
  • Our Butter Braid Fundraiser is also underway! See details below!
  • Awards from Nationals are available to be picked up at the front desk!
  • Reminder! Students must wear their company uniform to Sunday rehearsals as well as weekday classes!  
  • Group rehearsals continue this Sunday! See schedule below! 
  • Save the Date! Our Company Intensives with Don Mirault will be December 15-17 and are required for everyone except Pre-Company! 
  • If your dancer plans to compete a solo/duet/trio this year we must have a contract signed for the solo/duet/trio! We will be unable to assign a teacher to your dancer/start the routine until we receive your paperwork.

Orders MUST be picked up between 5:30 & 7:30pm! There is not enough cold storage space to keep them at the studio! 

COMPANY JACKETS!

   If you would like to order to Company Jacket, be sure to stop by the front desk ASAP to try on a jacket to ensure you order the correct size.  Once we place the order, the jacket is non-returnable and non-refundable. Make sure you are happy with the fit of the size jacket you decide to order!

 The cost of the jacket is $80 without your name on it or $88 with your name, plus tax. (So, $85.18/ $93.70 respectively.)

All orders must be received and paid for by noon on Friday, November 10th!

Our Delicious Butter Braid Bread Fundraiser is

Stop by the front desk to  pick up the two forms you need for this fundraiser starting TODAY!

All orders need to be turned in by 9pm on 
November 30th!  When you turn in your forms please include cash or one check made out to Center Stage Academy.  

Orders will be delivered and will need to be picked up the week of December 11-15, exact date and time to come!

New! Dipstick Fundraiser! 

This fun and easy fundraiser offers a variety of dip mixes for just $3 each.  Your dancer will profit $1.50 for each dipstick they sell.  

Orders will be due November 20th by 9pm.

Center Stage Company has their own Smartphone App to keep you informed!   To get the full features of the CS Team App you need to: 

First: Download Team App onto your smartphone.

Second: Launch Team App.

Then follow these steps:

1. Sign-up to Team App.
 You'll be sent an email to confirm your registration.

2. Log in. Then search for Center Stage Company and request access to the group(s) that apply to you.

For example, everyone should request access to join the 2017/18 All Company group and then all of the group classes/ routines that you/ your dancer are in! 

3.  Enable Push Notifications on your phone! (Go to settings to enable them.)

We will use this App to send push notifications to your phone to give everyone immediate need-to-know information- especially during the competition season! 

If you don't have a smartphone, reply to this email so you can be added manually and you'll receive email notifications instead of push notifications to your phone.
