Orlando, FL   -  T he Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of the Carolinas proudly announced that Justin Baker, Gaylor Electric, Inc. in Mooresville, NC was named National Young Professional of the Year.  Justin was one of three finalists honored at the Leadership Conference of the Associated Builders and Contractors held in Orlando, Florida.

"Justin is already a champion in the industry," said Doug Carlson, ABC President & CEO.  "Justin gives back, serves, and mentors future leaders."

The ABC National Young Professional Program was established to develop the next generation of leadership within Associated Builders and Contractors and to encourage networking between the "best and brightest" of the young professionals in construction.   In an effort to bridge the workforce shortage gap, ABC National's program addresses the opportunities to engage both students and young professionals and assisting with leadership development at the chapter level.
