Suzy Poling and Special Guests
An afternoon of avant-garde and multimedia performance art by Suzy Poling, Nicola Kuperus, Jimbo Easter, and Forest Juziuk. Exploring hypnotic suggestions, bewilderment, gender shapeshifting, catharsis activities, ritual, video digitization and otherworldly personas, these artists delve into a realms of various psychosis by role playing in costume amidst sculptural constructions with light trickery and projections. Presented in conjuncture with the Punk House exhibition, the performances and brief video screening will take place in the Tumbleweed Tavern, Jimbo Easter's installation located in the garage of the Mobile Homestead.

Think Small '17 is Lawrence Street Gallery's annual exhibit for December. All works are 12 inches in any direction or smaller and created by area artists. It's the perfect place to discover items that are great for gift giving to someone or to yourself. Want delightful, artistic, one of a kind gifts? Then this show is for you! Show dates: November 29-December 22. Hours Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 12 to 5 p.m.; Friday 12 to 9 p.m., and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. Opening reception: Friday, December 1 from 6 to 9 p.m. No entry fee. Family friendly.
