QA451 Mobile Doublescreen
The
QA451 screenbox makes use of the tried and tested Doublescreen technology but with a unique triple deck design. The
QA451 is designed specifically to work in closed circuit with the Sandvik tracked secondary and tertiary crushers. The hydraulically folding fourth product conveyor slews and raises/lowers hydraulically to optimise the feeding position to these upstream units. Alternatively, the
QA451 can work as an extra-large stand-alone screening and stockpiling system producing four sized products with a fifth oversize material scalped off at the grid.

The
Precoater 6500 is a road towable screening and bitumen spraying machine all in one. With the onboard 10x5 screenbox, 14 High velocity precoat spray nozzles & 6500L bitumous liquid capacity.
The
Precoater 3000 is a more compact version of the
6500 series With a 2 Bearing 8'x4' screenbox, 14 High velocity precoat spray nozzles & 3000L bitumous liquid capacity.
The Precisionscreen
Scorpion 804 has been adapted to Precoat material after de-dusting takes place on the 8x4 twin deck screenbox. Clean aggregate is then carried away from the plant via the Precisionscreen
SM450 (10m) conveyor.
SM450 10m/30ft Conveyor with Precoat kit attached to work in conjunction with a Screening plant. Allowing the Precoat material mix to happen away from the screening plant and creating a radial stockpile of finished material.
Supplied is a Precoat pump, driven by a pre-existing aux circuit and chute with stainless steel nozzles. Precoat Chute has strategically placed high velocity nozzles to ensure sufficient coverage of bitumous liquid.
