Museum Holiday Hours

The Museum will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday.  Happy Thanksgiving from the staff at the Western Heritage Museum and Lea County Cowboy Hall of Fame.

Christmas Traditions from around the World Tickets On Sale NOW!

Join us December 7 for the 10th annual Christmas Traditions from Around the World.

You must have a ticket to get in and tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door.

Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors 65+ and kids 4-12.  Children 3 and under are free.

Christmas Traditions from Around the World

This is the 10th annual event featuring the sights, sounds and tastes of the season.  You will find 15 different countries/places from which to sample food, over 40 decorated Christmas trees, Bonnie Moran's North Pole Village, carolers, mariachi musicians, and, of course, the Clauses!

Family Fun Day

Christmas Crafting. The Museum provides all of the materials needed to make a beautiful ornament or Christmas card. There is a cookie decorating corner and a "Letters to Santa" writing centerwith a giant mailbox. Christmas Carolers provide entertainment, and families can finish their day viewing a Classic Christmas film in our theater.

The museum is busy setting up over 40 Christmas trees as well as Bonnie Moran's North Pole Village.  This magical exhibition will open December 7.
