As of this e-news publication, we have received 96 Commitment Cards for our Stewardship For All Seasons drive! We are well on our way to reaching our challenge of 135 commitments and funding our goals. Three of those commitments came from families who were not previously giving! Thank you to those who have turned in their cards. If you have not yet turned in your card, please do so by November 30 to support our ministries and help us reach our challenge gift of $5,000. If you have questions, please contact
T
hank you for your generosity! Our November Noisy Offering raised $384.36 for our
Nativity Card Ministry! This offering will help cover the costs of materials and postage for the many handmade cards that are created each month and then sent to members on the prayer list, in the military, experiencing life milestones, and who may need a lift. Thank you for supporting a ministry that reminds our brothers and sisters that they are loved.
Peter Mayer (long-time member of Jimmy Buffett's Coral Reefer Band) brings his acclaimed
Christmas tour, Stars and Promises, to ring in the season's festivities for its 18th consecutive year. This year's Stars and Promises theme is "When You Come Home." The night will feature a collection of timeless carols, original songs and stories, which celebrate the magical Christmas season when families come together from near and far to share gifts of peace, joy, faith and love. Some assistance is available if the cost of the tickets is too much for some households. Let Pr. Gregg know (here).
Join the Nativity crew on the first and second Saturday mornings of the month. If you have experience shopping with a grocery list or pushing a grocery cart, you are qualified! Volunteers with computer data entry skills are also needed.
Join Alex Watson as he debuts his solo piano concert in Asheville, NC.
The concert will feature classical/jazz piano arrangements of familiar holiday music.

As part of our All Saints service last Sunday,
we commemorated our members who have united with the Church Triumphant in the past year. Throughout the year, a very special team of members help to care for those who are bereaved by providing Funeral Meal Luncheons. Teams plan, cook, serve, and clean-up meals following funeral services if the family desires. If you enjoy cooking, place setting, serving, or even cleaning - please consider serving your Nativity family in this way. Please contact the team coordinator, Princess Ferguson at 684-8823 and let her know you're interested.
This year when the weather is inclement there will USUALLY be a late service at Nativity. Please check the website at
www.nativityarden.org or call the Church Office at 684-0352 for the status of a service or other scheduled events.
THIS SUNDAY! All are welcome to join rehearsal (led by Pastor Tim) at 8am in the choir room. The group will sing the Offertory anthem at the 8:30 service.
TAKING FAITH HOME This weekly devotional handout is available on the Welcome Desk. "Taking Faith Home" is a production of Milestones Ministry, LLC, and is created by a team lead by an ELCA Pastor.
