AgriSafe Team Grows

AgriSafe is proud to announce the newest member of our team, Linda Emanuel, RN! Linda will serve as a Community Health Nurse assisting with outreach education for producers and ag employers.

Raised on a Nebraska row crop and livestock farm, Linda pursued a career as a Registered Nurse from Nebraska Methodist School of Nursing in 1985.  She has spent her professional career primarily in Northeast Nebraska providing healthcare in a hospital setting. During her 30 plus years working in a variety of health care specialty areas, she and her husband Tom raised three sons and built a successful row crop operation that has been able to welcome the next generation and their families home to continue to diversify their business.

Linda was selected as a Fellow in the Nebraska LEAD Program (2015 -2017), known as a premier agricultural leadership development program across the nation which addresses changes that occur in agricultural policy, marketing, economics and technology. This helped Linda have an intentional focus on agricultural issues on a state, national and international level. To complement this intensive two year program Linda has also received Agromedicine training at University of Nebraska Medical Center.   Linda is a lifetime advocate of good health and wellness which is why it was a natural transition for her to pursue her passion as a member of the AgriSafe team.

Linda can be reached at [email protected] , please help us welcome her to AgriSafe!
