COMPASSION CULTIVATION TRAINING
Compassion Cultivation Training is an eight-week program designed to develop the qualities of compassion, empathy, and kindness for oneself and for others. The program, which was developed at Stanford University and is taught by a former Tibetan Buddhist nun, is being offered at Unity of the Triangle Church in Raleigh.
