Reflection.
Yesterday we had a Super Full Moon as well as Mercury going retrograde.
Lots of intense energy.
Last week I discussed the power of Athena. She is still active but now with some added energy of reflection.
Full moon focuses on letting go of what no longer serves you. It is a super moon which means it is closest to the Earth in it's orbit. Think of someone pushing a mirror into your face!
It is a realization of truth. Acknowledging your authentic self. What is it that keeps you from your joy? What changes, deep within me, can I make to change circumstances in my life? We have more power than you can ever imagine!
Then with the energy of Mercury in retro, we are to pull back from engaging. Take a breather. We have been going non-stop since September. Remember when we were forced to move forward but didn't feel like it? Now, we want to continue this forward momentum but are being hindered. Because it's time to slow down. We need this break.
Re-focus, re-rejuvenate, re-purpose, and purge. This is a great time to meet up with people you haven't seen in a while. Re-hash some community and have some fun. Go on outings that will put you in a holiday spirit.
Clean out your home, give away things that don't make you feel joyous to people who would appreciate it!
Retrograde is also about realizing the path we have been on. Think back to where you came from and all you have accomplished. Grateful for your growth. Realize how blessed you really are!
Gratitude helps you to tap into your Divine guidance system. We all have it. When we raise our vibration they can lower theirs to meet us in the middle.
Look for the signs and sychronicities all around you!
Try not to make any big decisions during Retrograde, which lasts 3 weeks.
If you can, wait til after the 22nd, when Mercury goes direct.
If you must sign papers or make decisions before then, please double and triple check all paperwork. Ask questions, cross t's and dot i's. This is when the trickster energy can show up pulling the rug out from under us. Just be aware!
I like to say "Expect the best, but prepare just in case!"
You can never be too prepared. Plan B's are sometimes the better plan.
Also, Mercury is the planet of communication and electronics. Mind what you say. Be gentle. There are a lot of people who are hurting or depressed. Kindness is key!
Electronics may break down, don't get anxious just plan some extra time in your schedule for "just in case" moments. Dumb down your schedule. Don't over book, you will be glad you did!
