Community Support for Pack A Sack
Two community organizations made recent donations of $1,400 in support of the Pasco Pack A Sack Kids Program. Pat and Richard Schell ( in the green shirts) received the donations on behalf of One-Community Now from the River Ridge Women's Club and the Spring Hill Women's Auxiliary. This program helps address the problem of chronic hunger in school age children in Pasco County. Our Unity volunteers meet every week to pack 53 bags of food for children at Richey Elementary school. Pat and Richard's passion and commitment to this program has helped make Pack A Sack one of our most impressive outreach efforts at Unity Spiritual Center. Thank you so much Pat and Richard.
