Santa Fe Chapter  |  Newsletter   |   December 2017
Santa Fe TTN is organized and led entirely by volunteers.
COORDINATOR'S CORNER

Nathalie Herrman
It's my distinct honor and privilege to take over the coordinator position from Rachel Greenstein for The Santa Fe Chapter of The Transition Network - a dynamic community, a place to connect and discover, and a voice for women who change the rules. That's us!!

I believe we are powerful together in a way that we cannot be powerful alone, that TTN provides a format for ongoing interaction and exploration that is unequalled in Santa Fe, and that we have endless lessons to learn from each other, and our experience and hope to share.

If you believe in what TTN is all about, and you're not yet a member, I encourage you to become one! Make the commitment. The value we offer is far and above the minimal cost to join.

Participate, and enjoy!

Nathalie

WANT TO FEEL MORE CONNECTED? CONSIDER JOINING A TTN TRANSITION PEER GROUP!

Here's what one Peer Group participant said:  "Through the TTN peer support group that I have been a part of for the past year, I have met a terrific group of women - each one of them in her own way has contributed so much to my life.  They are inspirational, funny, warm and understanding- the conversations we've had over the year have allowed us to share our lives in a way that rarely happens in other  contexts. Thanks, TTN!"

A Transition Peer Group consists of a small group of women (usually 8-10) who join together in each other's homes (usually once or twice a month) to discuss topics of mutual interest and relevance to their current lives. Transition Peer groups provide opportunities for connection, new friendships and mutual support in a safe, respectful environment as women navigate their individual life transitions.

Participation in a Transition Peer Groups is a TTN member benefit.

We are eager to have a new Transition Peer Group start in early 2018.

WHO DOESN'T LOVE TED TALKS?!
TTN members at TedxABQ Women 2017: Bridges

Recently at the stunning KiMo Theatre in Albuquerque, nine women entrepreneurs, innovators, artists, and activists gave their signature dynamic talk on a wide range of subjects. Each one was designed to inspire, educate and empower New Mexican women. And they did! From entering the theater to leaving, the high, positive energy of the volunteers, speakers and audience was palpable. Our carpool ride home was non-stop, enthusiastic idea sharing!
