It has been two years since we've moved into our new studio in Downtown Boone.
During that time I've watched our community grow, shift, and transform in ways I could not have imagined. We've encountered challenges, together and individually, breathed collectively, and summoned the courage to act from our highest selves .
It hasn't always been easy, nor was it always the path of least resistance.
But each time we step on our mat,
we are offered the opportunity to glimpse at ourselves from a different perspective,
to view our interior landscape, and to tap into our infinite source and potential.
And in doing so, we move beyond language, beyond thought,
beyond judgment, striving, grasping.
It is a place of simply being. . .
It is intensely personal, and it is universal.
We celebrate the arrival of winter, and its encouragement to focus inward.
It feels like coming home.
We come home to who we truly are,
with more clarity, more compassion, and more courage.
And it's a journey well worth the effort.
