Happy Holidays from CTN 
We  wish you a wonderful holiday season! As you enjoy time with family and friends, please remember that CTN offices are closed from December 25th to January 1st. Speak to your child's team, if you have any questions about their appointments or site hours during the holidays.



Join Us for Free Holiday Family Fun 
Several events have been added during the month of December and January. Join us during the winter break for free family activities like the Barrie Holiday Party (tonight!),  Orillia's Holiday Party, "I Can Read Too" Augmentative and Alternative Communication Program ( Markham or Richmond Hill), or  Collingwood's Free Skate on January 6th. 


Introducing the 'F-words' in Child Disability Knowledge Hub
CanChild recently launched a new Knowledge Hub on the six 'F-Words' (Function, Family, Fitness, Fun, Friends and Future). Created by a team of families and children's health researchers, the Knowledge Hub offers one place where people can go to learn about and share ideas on using the 'F-Words' in practice. Please take a moment to explore and then provide feedback by completing a short survey found on the website.

It's difficult to keep stress at bay this time of year, but here are some tips to help let go of some everyday stress and enjoy the holiday traditions, magic and wonder with your child with special needs.
