Everything in the Fairhaven location is 50% off our regular price. 

With one exception, the brand new inventory from our c. 1800-1850 house deconstruction that includes live edge planks, 10-16 inch wide flooring and other goodies

Doors, window sash, lumber, furniture ,hardware  -as we said - everything - with one exception - 50% off. We want to clear out some inventory, because, well we can immediately fill up with more. See  our Facebook and Instagram accounts for more merchandise we will have on hand at 50% off. 

We have a bunch of door hardware right now. Typically a mortise lock set ( set of knobs, lock and two plates) would be $ 35.00 - 45.00 dollars. Based on the advertised discount that means $ 17.50 - 22.50  each instead. We have a large stash of Victorian hardware at the moment.

Salvaged old doors are great and even though we donate most doors along with everything else donated to charitable organizations from jobs - we still end up with too many doors.

A door like this, unpainted, with all original hardware would typically be about $ 120.00 for a single door. Tomorrow and Saturday you could get a pair for that price.
