Holiday season is in full swing, and as wonderful as all the celebrations and festivities can be, they can also be stressful! Planning, shopping, preparing meals, hosting guests, meeting expectations ... there's a lot going on, and many people actually experience heightened anxiety or depression around the holidays.

This coming month, make sure to take time to take care of yourself. Tune in to your mental health. Practice self-care. Along with journaling, give some of the suggestions in the articles below a try!

Please note that there will be no Step 2 for the month of December due to the WWHF office being closed for Christmas and New Year's. Wishing you and yours a happy and healthy holidays!
Step 2 Journaling Exercise

Those around us can have a big influence on our energy and mood. As much as possible, try to surround yourself with positive and uplifting  individuals.

This Step 2 exercise, courtesy of inspirational speaker, Patty Hendrickson, will help you identify your "Circle  of Influencers."
