EMU Center for Entrepreneurship Seeks Business Community's Input
If you are a business owner or trying to start a venture, please participate in the Entrepreneurial Stress Study by EMU Center For Entrepreneurship.

This anonymous study seeks to understand specific stressors in running and starting a business and factors that may alleviate the effects of these stressors. Entrepreneurs play important roles to spark economic development by starting businesses, creating jobs, etc.  Yet, demands of entrepreneurship may place entrepreneurs/business owners at a higher risk of specific health problems. According to the Gallup, 45% of entrepreneurs report being stressed, and another survey entrepreneurs reports that 30% identified as depressed (compared to the national average, which is 7%).  According to Huffington post, "Being an Entrepreneur is Stressful" "if you're not effectively managing your stress levels, the excitement will undoubtedly have adverse effects on your health." Considering your busy schedule, the questionnaire was designed so that it is easy to complete and can be completed in about ten minutes.  Your information will be completely confidential and anonymous. EMU will not collect any identifying information.
