Have You Shared a Thank You Recently?
Dear Teachers,

During this time of gratitude, there has never been a better opportunity to recognize others for a job well done. A "thank you" to a teammate who went above and beyond for a student, a kudos for a colleague who led by example in a difficult situation or a shout-out to a team that showcased collaboration are all small gestures that can have big outcomes. No thank you is too small to make a difference.
 
Check out these DPS Honors! resources for recognition ideas and inspiration.
  • Nominate a teammate who you've seen living one or more of our Shared Core Values for Living Our DPS, and they could be featured on The Commons and in our newsletters.
  • Ask your school leader for a Shared Core Value pin to give to a teammate who demonstrated a value, and present it to them one-on-one or during a team meeting. See other DPS Honors! recognition tools here.
